Pinterest Love Part 1: "Recipes" for Artists


I love pinterest... There are so many fun and useful things to discover!  Today I would like to share some "recipes" for homemade art materials that I found while browsing:

Make your own watercolors!

Homemade mod podge (matte & glossy versions)!

Make your own chalkboard paint (in any color you choose)!

Make alcohol inks using Rit powdered dye!

Mix up a batch of paper mache clay!

Whip up some air dry craft clay!

  2. I'm afraid to check out Pinterest as I already spend too much of my time at the computer. I did check these sites and found some great ideas I want to try. I've already made friends with the paper mache clay site. :^) Thanks for sharing.
